- If you wish to exchange your ring for a different size, we kindly ask for a 30% return fee.
- To ensure a smooth process, please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your ring.
- Once we receive the returned ring in its new condition, we will promptly issue a refund back to your original payment method, deducting the 30% return fee.
