Where can I see you rings in person? Coldwater Rings is available online and event only. Check out our Event Calendar. Reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up an in person appointment.
How do I get an accurate ring size? To ensure you get the perfect fit, we recommend using our Free Ring Sizer, which provides accurate measurements. Simply request the Ring Sizer, and we will ship it to you free of charge. You can also visit a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.
How do I care for my ring? To keep your ring looking its best, we advise treating it as fine jewelry. Avoid wearing your ring during activities that may subject it to excessive force or potential damage. Remove your ring before swimming, exercising, or engaging in activities involving chemicals or harsh substances. We also recommend periodic cleaning using a mild soap and a soft cloth.
What is your Return Policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your ring please see our Returns and Refund Policy.
Do you offer a warranty? At Coldwater Ring Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. We currently do not offer a formal warranty; however, if your custom ring requires refinishing or refurbishment, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.
How long does it take for my ring to ship? Fashion rings typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order. However, please note that custom orders may require additional time for production and quality assurance. Custom rings generally take 4-6 weeks to be crafted and delivered to you. Throughout the process, we will provide updates on the progress of your custom ring.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer competitive rates for DHL & UPS. If you are having issues at check out please reach out with your delivery location
Do your rings come in a box? Yes, we take pride in presenting our rings with utmost care. All custom-made rings are packaged in elegant Coldwater Ring Co. wooden hinged boxes, providing a beautiful presentation. Fashion rings may come in simple black boxes that ensure their safe delivery during shipping.
Can I track the status of my order? Yes, you can easily track the status of your order. Once your ring has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link provided to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package.
